The Town has a current population of approximately 2800 residents.
It is in the Eastern Standard time zone.
The Town of Yanceyville is located in Caswell County N. C.
in the Northern Piedmont area of the state. It has been the
county seat since 1792. Yanceyville originated as a Sanitary
District established through the Federal Government's WPA
in 1936. The Town was officially incorporated in 1986. |
